Take your game day appetizers to a new level with these grilled Turkish chicken wings, a delicious and easy alternative to traditional chicken wing recipes.

Ingredients
  • 3 tsp. Aleppo red pepper flakes
  • 1½ tsp. ground sumac
  • ¾ tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. dried Greek oregano
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 pounds chicken wing sections
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the spices, yogurt and olive oil in a large plastic bag. Season with a good pinch of salt. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat.
  2. Let marinate in the fridge overnight.
  3. Preheat a grill over high heat. Spray grill with cooking spray then grill wings for 2 minutes a side on high. Reduce heat and cook wings for an additional 10 to 12 minutes of until cooked through, turning them every few minutes.
  4. Serve with lemon wedges.
