These triple chocolate chunk cookies are loaded with white, milk and dark chocolate. The dough can be made ahead and frozen so you can have fresh baked cookies any time!

Ingredients
  • 2¼ cups flour
  • 14 ounces mixed chocolate (white, milk and dark), coarsely chopped
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the chocolate and flour. Set aside.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the butter, brown sugar and white sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add the salt, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla. Add the egg and mix until combined.
  3. With the mixer on low speed, gradually add the flour and chocolate until the dough comes together.
  4. Preheat oven to 350F.
  5. Form the dough into 1 tablespoon balls and place on parchment lined baking sheets, 2 inches apart. At this point, you can bake the dough or pack into freezer bags and freeze until ready to bake.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until just starting to turn golden around the edges. Cool on baking sheets.
