Light and refreshing 3-ingredient watermelon sorbet. A cool treat for a hot summer day and a great way to use extra watermelon.

Ingredients
3 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
¾ cup powdered sugar
juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
Pour into an ice cream maker and churn for 20 minutes. Serve immediately or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze. Allow to soften slightly before serving.
